Jeannette Kado by the water, arms outstretched toward the sun

My name is Jeannette.

Author & Space Creator
For embodiment, the nervous system, and embodied self-leadership.

At some point, my body realized: Success without vitality is not a goal.

My path kept leading me back to South America. To my roots.
Into nature.
To festivals.
Into artistic processes.

And back into my body. To the place where truth becomes quietly yet unmistakably palpable.

When we begin to listen, something often emerges that many people are seeking: inner peace.

And from security comes movement.
Connection.
Vitality.
Natural flow.

My spaces are open to everyone.
Some come wearing rainbow colors.
Some come wearing rain jackets.

For me, it's about " both...and" —rather than " either...or."

Autonomy and the Ability to Form Relationships.
Foundation and Flow.

Writing has been a part of my work for many years—in the form of books, essays, poetry, and journalistic pieces.

My work is not based solely on theory.

But rather from lived experience.

From Transitions.
Nervous System Work.
Meditation.
Movement.
Writing.
Travel.
Relationships.
And real life.

Time and again, the same question arises:
How do we connect—without losing ourselves in the process?

A woman with long, dark hair is wearing a summery dress with a floral pattern and is dancing against a clear, blue sky as she raises her arms to greet the sun.

What Moves Me

〰️

What Moves Me 〰️

Today, I understand embodiment quite simply

Neither as a performance nor as a “higher version” of ourselves.
But rather as a return.

Into the body,
in awareness,
in self-guidance,
in rhythm,
in relationships,
and into a life that feels alive again.

My Background

For many years now, I have been moving between different worlds:

Corporate & Creativity
Nervous System & Consciousness
Body & Language
Structure & Intuition
Science & Experience
Germany & South America
Vision & Grounding

I have worked at international companies.
Explored meditation.
Spoken with people from different cultures.
Taught.
Written.
Traveled.
Simplified.
Integrated.

And at some point, I started keeping only the things that are truly useful in real life.

What Shapes My Work

  • Yin and Yang Yoga

  • Embodied Meditation

  • Balance of the Nervous System

  • Embodied Self-Leadership

  • Rhythm Instead of Routine

  • Awareness Instead of Self-Optimization

  • Integration, Not Extremism

  • Relationships Over Performance

  • Being-ness Instead of Busy-ness

For the curious

A few milestones along my journey

Welcome here.

Welcome to your home.

〰️

Welcome here. 〰️ Welcome to yourself. 〰️

“I think a lot of people just want to feel themselves again.”

You want to get started

A golden mirror in an oval shape rests on a flat, natural stone in a desert landscape with sand, dry grass, and rocks in the background, bathed in soft light.

But you don't know how?

Sometimes all it takes is a brief moment to settle in and a small space just for you. A welcoming place that helps you figure out what’s on your mind right now.
