My name is Jeannette.
Author & Space Creator for embodiment, the nervous system, and embodied self-leadership.
At some point, my body realized: Success without vitality is not a goal.
My path kept leading me back to South America—to my roots.
Into nature. To festivals. Into artistic processes.
And back into my body. To the place where truth becomes quietly yet unmistakably palpable.
When we begin to listen, something often emerges that many people are seeking: inner security. And from that security comes connection. Vitality. A natural flow.
My spaces are open to everyone. Some come wearing a rainbow. Some come wearing a rain jacket.
For me, it's about " both...and" —rather than " either...or."
Autonomy and the Ability to Form Relationships.
Foundation and Flow.
Writing has been a part of my work for many years—in the form of books, essays, poetry, and journalistic pieces.
My work is not based solely on theory
It arises from lived experience, transitions, movement, work with the nervous system, meditation, writing, and relationships. Always accompanied by the same question:
How can we connect—without losing ourselves in the process?

My Background
For many years now, I have been moving between different worlds:
Corporate & Creativity

Germany & South America
Vision & Grounding
I’ve worked at international companies. Explored meditation. Talked with people from different cultures. Taught. Written. Integrated and simplified. And eventually, I kept only what really works in real life.

How I Connect with Plants and Rituals
I don't possess medicine. I walk with it.
She's known the paths through the forest longer than I have. She knows when a flower is ready to bloom, when a leaf is ready to fall, and when a seed is still dreaming.
I only gather what offers itself to me. And if I end up with more than I can carry, I return it to the earth. Because what remains in the cycle stays alive.
My medicine takes its time.
It grows between the seasons, by the fire, in the kitchen, on long walks through the forest, in the drying of herbs, in smoking, in listening, in silence, and in laughter. It doesn’t just live in rituals. It lives in everyday life.
I incorporate every remedy into my own life first.
I listen to the way she touches my body. How she changes my dreams. What questions she asks and what answers she withholds. Only when she has become part of my own journey do I pass her on.
I honor all those who have gone before me.
The people who shared their knowledge. The landscapes that welcomed me. The traditions that moved me. The plants themselves, which have been teaching us for countless generations without needing words.
But I don't follow anyone else's path.
My path has been shaped by many encounters. By memories. By mistakes. By silence. By integration. By the courage to listen to life.
He's not the only one who's right for me. He's just mine.
I believe that wisdom speaks many languages.
It lives in the volcanoes of Chile, in the rainforests of Brazil, and in the woods right outside my front door. In the mountain winds. In the waters of the rivers. In the scent of resin and earth. The landscape changes its form. The wisdom behind it remains.
My medicine grows with the seasons.
In the spring, I welcome the first wild herbs.
In the summer, the flowers and seeds.
In the fall, the fruits, mushrooms, and roots.
In the winter, I unlock the essence. That’s how a year becomes a circle. And many circles become a life.
I safeguard the medicine so that it can continue to flow.
Anyone who enters the circle is welcome.

The Kaiser Mountains have been a place of retreat, writing, and inspiration for me for many years.
The Isar floodplains and the Perlacher Forest are part of my practice. That’s where I gather wild herbs, flowers, berries, mushrooms, and other plants.
Welcome here.
〰️
Welcome to your home.
〰️
Welcome here. 〰️ Welcome to yourself. 〰️
I think that many people just want to reconnect with themselves.
You want to get started
But you don't know how?
Sometimes all it takes is a brief moment to settle in and a small space just for you. A welcoming place that helps you figure out what’s on your mind right now.
