I don't work with ready-made answers or strategies. We create a space where you can reconnect with what's already there.
This often leads to greater clarity than further reflection does.

Sometimes the topic is crystal clear.
Sometimes you can just sense that something has started to happen.
Both are welcome.
We work with whatever comes up at the moment.

Every session is a little different.
We usually start with an orientation:
What's happening right now?
What do you want to see?From there, we work with conversation, body awareness, nervous system balance, inner imagery, or small practical steps.
Not as a method, but as a path back to your own sense of direction.

No. The space is intentionally designed for thresholds and transitions.
Sometimes one session is enough.
Sometimes it makes sense to schedule two or four appointments.
The goal is not to make you dependent, but to help you move forward with renewed strength.
