The Anti-Hero Retreat
Hiking from Hut to Hut
, October 15–18, 2026
On the Road Together
With nature. Simplicity. Community. Movement. Stillness. Focus.
And real life in between .
No matter the weather. Out and about during the day. At the cabin in the evening. A warm meal. Conversations. Silence.
Sometimes that liberating laughter that comes when nobody has to be perfect.
And along the way, you'll remember what it feels like to be alive.
Maybe you've come across offers that promise to help you make faster progress.
And here's another sneak peek.
Even more success.
Even more transformation.
This retreat is different.
It's not about becoming someone else.
It's not about creating the best version of yourself.
It's not about changing your entire life in four days.
It's about stepping away for a while from the constant drive to go higher, faster, and further.
Being on the road together. And maybe finding something along the way that was never really lost.
Something Simple.
Something Human.
Something Alive.
Because sometimes we don’t need more methods.
We need more life.
More sky.
More earth beneath our feet.
More genuine encounters.
More reminders that we don’t have to be perfect to be whole.
Maybe that's exactly what the journey is all about.

-
Not in the traditional sense.
We'll be traveling together for several days and hiking every day.
You'll need to be sure-footed, enjoy being active, and be willing to carry your own luggage.
However, it's not about performance, speed, or collecting summits.
We'll go together.
With breaks.
With conversations.
With room for silence.
And, of course, with humor. -
Maybe you don't need to know that just yet.
Sometimes a retreat begins long before you take your first step on the hiking trail.
When something sparks your curiosity, when you pause while reading, or when you feel, “There’s something about this that touches me.”
-
The retreat price includes:

No. Many people are attending a retreat for the first time.
You don't need any prior experience with meditation, embodiment, or personal development.
All it takes is a willingness to embark on this journey and join a group of like-minded people.
-
Yes.
No strings attached.
No fine print.Everything you bring with you is welcome there.
My spaces are open to everyone—no matter who you love, how you identify, or what path you're on right now.
-
The retreat stands on its own.
At the same time, there are opportunities to explore the process in greater depth before or after.
For example, in:
Grow With Your Flow Space
1:1 Transition Space
CREATE
INTEGRATE
After all, the real journey often doesn't begin on the way to the cabin. It begins afterward, in everyday life.
-
Well, we're on the road anyway.
Rain, fog, sunshine, and wind are all part of the experience.
Of course, safety always comes first. But the retreat doesn't only take place when the weather is nice.
Sometimes it's in the fog, rain, and clouds that the most beautiful memories are made.
-
Small enough to allow for genuine encounters.
Large enough for a sense of community to develop.
The exact number of participants will be announced in due course.
-
Yes and no.
The route has been decided. We'll hike together.
There will be time for conversation, silence, reflection, and brief moments of inspiration.
At the same time, there should be enough freedom for whatever might arise along the way.
The real adventure begins after that
Maybe you've been there: You come back from a retreat feeling inspired.
Clearer.
More connected.
More vibrant.
And two weeks later, everyday life caught up with you again.
That's exactly why there are programs designed to help you integrate new experiences into your real life, step by step.
